Shipping policy

 We pride ourselves on using high quality ingredients, and getting The Milky Way by Chef Jenny Acosta Products to you fast and fresh is one of our top priorities.

Your order is shipped within 2-7 business days. At the earliest, orders placed after 12pm MST may be shipped the following business day. You can track your package with the tracking information in your tracking email. Can’t find your tracking number? Contact us and we will help you with that. 

Shipping charges are based on the subtotal of your order. 

Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days. Depending on the time of order, the day of shipment may not be included in the calculated time-in-transit.

It is very important to make sure that you have entered in the correct shipping address when placing your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to re-ship orders free of charge due to incorrect address entered by customer. We want our customers to get their products ASAP, and orders are processed every 2-7 days, depending on when your order was placed, it could be on its way immediately. If you have entered an incorrect address, please call and email us immediately. If we can catch it before it ships, we will gladly make the correction.
