Refund policy

The Milky Way by Chef Jenny Acosta retains the right to refuse or cancel an order due to ingredients out of stock, incorrect pricing, or for any other reason. If your account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Milky Way will issue a credit to your original payment account for the amount of the purchase.

There are no refunds issued once an order is made, packaged, or shipped. 

Each package automatically comes with $50 insurance through USPS. If for some reason your package is lost or damaged you will not receive an automatic refund.

As of 9-25-22, The Milky Way by Chef Jenny Acosta will not be filing claims for lost or stolen packages.  Please file a claim on usps.com.
